We want you to be fully satisfied with JVRCMS PRO. If you are not happy with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This gives you time to evaluate the platform risk-free.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled directly by our billing team. To request a refund, email sales@jvrcmspro.co.za with your account details and reason for the request, and we will process eligible refunds to the original payment method.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time after the 30-day guarantee period, unless required by law.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of the guarantee, or violation of our Terms & Conditions. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.
